description: This class will introduce alternate approaches to
the skin in cases where lotion either cannot be used or just not
preferred. Students will learn
how to use oils and still be able to sink deeper into the tissue without
sliding. They will also be
introduced to gels and experience the difference with this lubrication. Powder massage will be introduced and
practiced. Students will learn
two ways to perform a Swedish massage when they cannot touch the skin, both
with gloves and by way of a Satin Massage through the clothes. Students will need to bring a set of
sheets to class. Required Supplies: Total cost includes Alternate
Approaches Kit: a small Satin MagicMassage Cloth, a 1-ounce bottle of
Hands on Healing Base Massage Oil, a 1-ounce bottle Massage Gel, Travel
