NOTE: This calls does not get an Early Bird discount because it is already discounted. 50 Hour elective class would normally cost $650.

Course description:

This is a great opportunity for students to acquire hands on experience and develop a professional attitude concerning such things as punctuality, appearance, confidentiality, completing a massage within a given time frame, draping, maintaining client files, and record keeping and communication skills through client contact. Students learn professional SOAP note charting and explore in-depth the role of ethics in business using the amazing text, The Educated Heart.

NOTE: The HHI Massage and Deep Swedish Spa Massage are the only two modalities to be used in this program. Students should not use any other modalities they may have learned.

This supervised practice allows the student to develop their unique style and technique in a safe environment while adding to their certified hours. A 50-hour elective would normally cost $650.00. ASP is highly recommended for graduating CMT150 students, CMT250 students and all Alumni.

Saturdays 9:00am to 1:30pm except last Saturday 9:00am –2:00pm. The Program runs for 12 weeks. Students may pick one Saturday out of the twelve that they will not be available for clinic.

Students interested in this Program should put a $25.00 deposit down as soon as possible to save their spot as we can only accommodate 8 students. Your deposit will be applied to your first payment. First payment due 5-business days prior to start of class; second payment due half way through.

Note: Students can usually make up tuition fee in tips.

Required text: The Educated Heart $40.55 incl. tax

HHI T-shirt and journal (included in fee)
2 sets of twin sheets with pillowcases

Prerequisite: CMT150 and program managers’ approval. This class has an open enrollment.
