course will start to prepare the student for the deeper myofascial
work specific to the Deep Tissue therapeutic bodywork. Body psychology
in general will be examined. The student will begin to learn the different
communication skills needed to engage the client in active
participation through movement.
After completing the
following prerequisites: Deep Massage
Foundation (7 hours) Intro to Fascial
Anatomy (6 hours) *Deep Tissue
Fundaments (6 hours) *By adding Deep Tissue
Fundamentals as a prerequisite students will be able to take Deep Tissue I,
II or III in any order. However,
Deep Tissue I, II and III are prerequisites for Deep Tissue IV. Prerequisites: Intro to Fascial Anatomy, Deep Massage
