Lomilomi is the bodywork of the indigenous people of the Hawaiian Islands. It is just a small but important part of Hawaiian medicine. Lomilomi has the ability to communicate deep “into the bones”, via the muscles and soft tissue. It enables the physical and energetic systems of the body to be flushed, transformed and be revitalized. Lomilomi techniques begin gentle and flowing, but move deep thru the layers.

Hawaiian Kahuna believes that 80% of healing is spiritual and 20% is physical. Lomilomi encompasses releasing and forgiving, in order to bring all aspects of self into alignment. It is holistic and sacred, yet quite practical.
