Pathology for Massage Therapists I

Course description:

This 2-part course will provide the students with the knowledge of how the human body works when it is healthy, how it works in the context of disease and dysfunction and whether massage may be used during healing process.  Students will begin to learn the most common conditions seen in massage therapy, including their definition, etiology, signs and symptoms, common treatment options and applicability of massage.

Pathology for Massage Therapists II     

Instructor:  Staff

20 Hours    $265

 

 

Course description:

This second part of the Pathology series will continue learning about the various pathological conditions that may arise in their profession, including specific skin conditions.  Students will be introduced to pathophysiology concepts, and trained to “compare and contrast” frequently confused conditions.
