Touch for
Health I
Instructor: John McEnany14 Hours $221 + text Course description: When we find a tight or
knotted muscle, our first inclination is to work directly on the muscle itself,
kneading and stretching to relax it.
There may be a reason why the muscle is tense. Rather than working the tight muscle,
use Touch for Health techniques to strengthen the opposing weak muscle. Touch
for Health uses muscle testing and the science of muscle activation to
achieve balance. Touch for Health’s simplicity is deceptive, as the results are often profound. These techniques can be used by anyone without any prior learning or healthcare experience. Clinicians and practitioners use them with great benefit to their patients or clients. These techniques have been tried by at least a million people throughout the world and are found to be consistently effective, in subtle or dramatic ways. Students will learn to perform a 14-muscle test
and to do balance/correction when needed. In addition, students will learn the basics of the 12 main
meridians and the five-element theory.
All information is included in the textbook. Required text: “Touch
For Health” by John Thie D.C. Required materials: Set of twin sheets For Testimonials Click Here Touch for
