FOF: Skin Rolling
This class is a good introduction to working with the superficial fascia throughout the entire body.
Description
Skin rolling is a form of osteopathy that can be easily learned and used as a stand-alone modality, or incorporated with any other structural massage style, whether deep tissue, MFR, etc. Students will learn when to roll, when to hold, when to pull, when to twist, and when to bend. Students will go through the axial body during the first half of the class, then the Appendicular body during the last half of class. REQUIRED MATERIALS: Set of twin sheets Shorts Tank-type top for women Water Please be sure your body is free of any lotions for this class. PREREQUISITES: FOF1: Full Body Techniques OR JFB MFR 1 Seminar

Unless otherwise noted, elective classes are only open to core program students or certified bodywork professionals in the following fields: massage, occupational therapy, physical therapy. All classes must have a minimum of 6 students to begin. If we do not have the minimum number of students by the scheduled start date, we may need to postpone allowing more time for enrollments. Course price includes tuition, registration fee and 4% processing fee for online payments. Class available to repeat students at a reduced rate. Contact admin@gotohhi.org for details. A digital PDF of course materials is included. A printed copy is available for an additional fee at checkout. Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance of the class, will receive a 100% tuition refund. Registration and processing fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made 3 - 5 days in advance will receive an 80% tuition refund. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a 70% tuition refund only if you have informed the teacher and the office (admin@gotohhi.org). Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for refund.
