Our scope of services include massage therapy, hot/cold stone, myofascial release, craniosacral and energy therapies grounded in a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to somatic care for all bodies and all nervous systems, always.
You can book a graduate session anytime with our therapists in residence, or you can book a student session in our weekly clinic - currently held Tuesday evenings.

Anna is a multi-disciplinary artist and bodyworker offering holistic massage to bring folks home to their bodies. Anna specializes in sensory relaxation, neuromuscular technique, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial release. Anna crafts each session with care and comfort in mind. Her ultimate goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at home in your perfectly human body.
